These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Vampd Marketing LLC d/b/a Cheap Flights America (“Cheap Flights America,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a membership, entering any of our giveaways, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Membership & Services
Membership provides access to exclusive promotional emails featuring discounted flight opportunities and related travel content.
Emails are currently scheduled every Monday and Friday and may include U.S. and international flight deals depending on your selected preferences.
We are not a travel agency, airline, or ticket reseller. We do not book flights on behalf of members. Our role is to identify and share publicly available flight deals and provide links to third parties where bookings can be made.
Membership benefits may be updated or modified at our discretion.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to purchase a membership or participate in associated promotions or giveaways.
By enrolling, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Payment & Billing
Membership is billed at $49 per year (USD).
Payments are processed securely through Stripe or another trusted payment processor.
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the membership fee.
Memberships are annual and include a 14-day free trial. After the trial ends, you will have 30 days to cancel for a full refund. After that period, memberships are non-refundable except where required by law. For Giveaways, there is no 14-day free trial and the $49/year membership will be billed immediately upon signup.
Memberships renew annually unless otherwise specified. You will be notified prior to renewal when required by law.
You may cancel at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation will stop future renewals but will not result in a refund unless you are within the 30-day refund window described in Section 3.
5. Giveaways
From time to time, we may run promotional giveaways. Each giveaway will have its own Official Rules that govern eligibility, entry methods, prize details, and other terms.
Giveaway entry may be tied to membership purchase and/or free alternate entry methods as required by law.
If you cancel and refund a membership within the 30-day refund period, any associated entries into giveaways will be void.
Giveaways are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Official Rules will control in the event of a conflict with these Terms.
6. No Guarantee of Deals or Savings
We promote flight opportunities, but we do not control airline pricing, availability, or booking policies.
We make no guarantees regarding the availability of specific fares, discounts, or the ability to achieve specific savings.
All bookings must be made directly with airlines, travel agencies, or third-party providers we link to, and are subject to their terms and conditions.
7. Marketing Communications
By purchasing a membership or entering a giveaway, you consent to receive promotional emails from Cheap Flights America.
Emails may be sent as frequently as daily.
You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails, though unsubscribing may limit your ability to receive full membership benefits.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided in emails, on our website, or in marketing materials is the property of Cheap Flights America and protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cheap Flights America shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your membership, use of our services, or participation in giveaways.
We are not responsible for errors in flight pricing, cancellation of flights, or actions of airlines or third-party providers.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cheap Flights America, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:
Your use of the membership or services;
Your violation of these Terms; or
Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
11. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bonneville County, Idaho.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the membership or participation in giveaways after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
